Hand wash only in cold water
Use mild detergent and avoid harsh chemicals or bleach
Do not wring or twist the fabric
Lay flat or hang to dry (avoid direct sunlight)
Do not tumble dry
Cool iron on reverse side if needed
Avoid steam ironing directly on textured areas
Store hanging or neatly folded to preserve the fabric structure

Return & Withdrawal Policy
Customers in Germany and the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason, in accordance with German and EU consumer law.

Returned items must:
Be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
Be in their original condition and packaging
Have all labels and tags intact

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless:
The item is defective, or
The wrong item was sent.
Refund process
Once we receive the returned item and confirm that it meets the conditions above, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 14 days
